DIN Standard Lip Seals
DIN standard seals may have common nominal dimensions of bore, OD and width but in most cases the similarities end there. They will possibly look the same but their performance capabilities can vary greatly. So often or not low cost means low operating capabilities and questionable quality.
Advanced Sealing Solutions therefore only specifies seals produced from the highest-grade elastomers and tooling, when moulded under vacuum conditions, regardless of size. Precision lip geometry ensures optimum interference and hydrodynamic film generation.
Bore sizes varying from 5.00 mm to 670.00 mm are readily available typically in NBR, HNBR, SIL and FKM. They also include a wide variety of different derivatives from those including integral dust lips to high-pressure versions to suit your precise needs.
