Working with one of the worlds leading producers of Duo-Cone face seals Advanced Sealing Solutions applies its wide application experience to optimise seal life and performance.
Available sizes range from 35mm to over 800mm, the seals being produced on purpose designed state of the art production equipment. These highly stable processes result in industry leading quality levels; the geometry and surface finish of the critical sealing faces being controlled to the tightest of tolerances, maximising life and reliability. The use of ultra clean, chrome alloy rolled steel rings further aids this philosophy, since compared to cast materials it provides a more stable and robust sealing surface. Production costs are therefore kept to a minimum, permitting face seals to be adopted in the most cost conscious of designs. This is particularly true in the case of larger sizes, where these design and process advantages have maximum impact, benefiting manufacturers of mining equipment, construction and other heavy plant.
In addition to the extensive range of standard seals we are happy to work with customers to develop special seals, helping to overcome design difficulties often where space is a premium. Similarly a large variety of elastomeric toric rings are available to satisfy lubrication and temperature requirements.
